Programmatically add item to cart and checkout

Precision: I have managed to use the REST api to add a coupon to my shop but this is not what I am trying to do now, the api doesn’t manage the cart.

I want to be able to maintain a session with the products that have been added to the cart programmatically by me.

$woocommerce->cart->add_to_cart( $product_id, $nos, $variationid, $spec, null );

I must use JS as little as possible so I’ve decided for now to use a GET on my webpage with url …/?add-to-cart=33
