Progress bar does not show

I have WordPress 6.2 running?Astra?theme. All my plugins as well as Elementor are up to date. I have some progress bars on the home page “https://omarqouqas.com/” that I can see totally fine when I edit the page with Elementor, however these bars do not show on mobile and desktop.

What I mean is that the blue filling bar does not appear on the home page.
