Progress Bar Issues / Writing Permissions?

    Hey!

    So I’ve been having an issue with my Give Progress Bar. I set a goal a while back and got a donation via the form, but it did not update the goal at all.

    Now I did a search and saw that you should refresh the cache via the plugin’s tools, but when I did I got a “Export location or file not writable.” error. So now I’d like to know:

    Which files and folders do I need to change the permissions of and to what?

    Hi there,

    1) Can you provide a link to your form where the problem is?
    2) You don’t need to do an export, but rather go to “Donations > Tools > Data” and run the recalculation tools
    3) Can you provide a screenshot of the donation in your Dashboard, under “Donations > Donations”? I’d like to see its status and what form it’s applied to exactly.
    4) Do you have Give in Test Mode?
