Give correctly linked to our PayPal account, and the donation shows up on the PayPal side of things. Also, when I look at “transactions,” Give lists the payment as “complete” for the correct Form, and the appropriate confirmation emails from Give were sent to both the donor and to us as the non-profit.

However, when I go to “Forms,” it says there were 0 Donations and no Income for that form.

The other issue is that the public Progress Bar on the website has not updated to reflect the PayPal donation that was credited.

So it looks like the payment was processed correctly by PayPal and that Give recognizes this payment under transactions, but has not linked it 100% to our campaign.

I tried using Tools>Data>Recount stats tool but it didn’t work.

Can you help us resolve this matter? Thanks

Hi @xealpha can you provide your System Info for me to take a look to see if anything strikes me as an issue there? Go to “Donations > Tools” for that.

Have you had Give installed a long time? Or just recently? Did you upgrade to version 1.8.1? When you upgraded did you see the notice that your donation data needs to be upgraded? Did you click on the link to upgrade them?

    Let me know, thanks!

    Hey Matt,

I’ve just installed it recently, like a week ago.

The problem has been solved. I did Tools>Data>Recount-stats about 5-6 times and cleared the cache 5-6 times as well. Then the donation form counts stats got updated. Thanks!

OK, thanks for the update, and glad you got it worked out.

I am having this same issue. I have recalculated the stats several times and the progress bar is still not reflecting the donation and the amount toward goal is unchanged. The donation is listed in the list of transactions as complete and associated w/ the correct form. Related/Unrelated – we also stopped receiving the admin notification emails of new donations. Hi @giftofadoption since you are a Premium Addon purchaser, we can help you much more efficiently in our Priority Support channel:
    https://givewp.com/support

But please first review this whole thread, particularly about caching, and double-checking whether your transactions are complete or not. When you submit your Priority ticket, we’ll also need a link to the form that is not updating correctly and screenshots of your Donations screen in WP-Admin.

    Thanks!
