Progress bar shows number 2 instead of number 1

Hi there!
I created a multi step form with four steps. All sections work perfectly, but the number that is shown in the first step is 2, not 1. After the referred number 2, then comes number 3, 4 and finishes with the flag of the last step.
How can I make my progress bar starts showing number 1?
