    Are you still having trouble with this?

    I’ve tried to reproduce this problem but am not able to do so. I’d recommend trying the following:

    Ensure you meet the system requirements. You can check for issues by going to Elementor > System Info. Two of the main things to check are the PHP version and memory limit, but also take note of any other items that might indicate a problem.

    Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro (if you are using that), WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

    Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    Clear all cache (server, plugin, and browser).

    If you include a URL here, we can look at it and see if that helps us see the issue.
