Progress is stuck at 33%

    Hi,

    On 3 of our sites the progress bar is stuck at 33%, it is fine on the rest of the sites. I have tried completing the wizard multiple times as usual but the progress stays at 33%.

    I have checked it is not a conflict with another plugin by disabling all other plugins and running the wizard and deactivating and reactivating the plugin but that made no difference.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi @rdm100,

    The completion percentage in the Dashboard is related to the open notifications which are still present in the Dashboard, but doesn’t necessarily affect how the plugin works on your site.

    For instance, certain notices concern Premium functionality and these would only be dismissible in the Premium plugin.

    Hi @jarnovos,

    There are only 2 open notifications which are for premium functionality, they are not dismissible which would mean the progress bar would not reach 100% but as I understand it you are saying the plugin could still be functioning as expected?

    We have another 4 sites that use the Complianz which has been updated to the same free version which work as expected thought with the progress bar at 100%, which would suggest it is some other issue keeping the progress bar at 33% on the other sites?

    @rdm100 which items are currently showing as an open task? Can you share a screenshot?

    @rdm100 there’s no issue in your case: there are no open issues, so you can ignore this. The plugin will work as expected.

    @rogierlankhorst ok thank you for the information but why do the other sites that have been updated to the same version of Complianz reach 100% progress as normal?
