Progress page loads infinitely

    I have installed the free version and now want to see the progress of a participant in a specific course. To do this, I go to “Manage participants” in the course and then to “Progress” for the user. A new page opens, but this page remains empty. There is only the round loading icon, but nothing happens. I can only click “Back”.

    • I have the current version of MS LMS: Version 3.4.8
    • I have already deactivated all plugins, but no change (I hardly activated any plugins in the test environment anyway)
    • Cache plugin is not activated
    • Various themes (including the WordPress standard themes were tried)
    • WordPress is version 6.6.2
    • PHP version is 8.2.25
    • I could provide a link – but the error occurs in the backend

    In the console I get the following errors on the page:

    I found that it is not only a problem in the backend, but also in the frontend.
    When a user submits a quiz, the results page is not displayed – just a blank page with the loading icon. However, the results seem to be be submitted.

    It will be be nice to check your server most recent server error logs. Because, informed one of our devs to check your request and we couldn’t reproduce the same outcome on our testing environment with the latest version of the LMS plugin. Also, the deprecated error notification is just a simple warning and it shouldn’t bring such an unexpected restriction by default and it is not critical issue. Moreover, the issue that you are facing could be due to the fact that you do not have students on your site at the moment.
