Prohibits writing comments, how do I fix it?

Hello! Great plugin, but when working with the any Comment plugin (https://ru.www.ads-software.com/plugins/anycomment/) prohibits writing comments on the site in the mobile and desktop versions of the site.
Is there a way to fix this?
