Project board and directory plugins

Could anyone recommend: 1) a plugin that allows users to post and respond to creative project briefs – like a job board but more for short-term projects than permanent jobs. The users will be creative agencies rather than individuals; and 2) a directory listing plugin that enables users to post profile themselves (Airtable perhaps?). Ideally I would like a plugin that combines both 1 & 2, so users looking for suppliers to fulfil a brief can both post the brief and browse the directory for potential suppliers.
PS: I am not a developer and my technical knowledge is that of your average fruit fly, so please be gentle with me!
