It’s most likely an issue with rewrite rules on your site. That can happen when switching Custom Post Types on and off on a WordPress site. Try going to Settings > Permalinks in your dashboard, and saving your permalink structure again to force a flush of all rewrite rules.

Ok, thanks. I got another issue with Jetpack. If installed and enabled the js function from the plug in Revolution Slider will not work anymore. After deactivate and deinstallation it still remains broken. I had to install my backup database file to undo it. So for now i will stay without JP.

If you’re willing to give Jetpack another try, I’d suggest looking for Javascript errors in your browser whenever the slider is broken. You can follow the instructions here to do so:

It should give you more details about the problem. If the error remains after deactivating and deleting Jetpack, the issue is not linked to that plugin though.

I guess it is. Because the issue can only be solved if i restore the sql database without jetpack. So jetpack did i entry in the database that causes this issue and after deactivating it will not delete this entry.

Could you send me a link where I could download that Revolution Slider plugin, so I can run some tests on my end?
