Project Type added to menu, but doesn't display Projects

I recommend this plugin for a quick and instant death.
It doesn’t work.
The developer isn’t offering any support.
There are already several threads pointing to the same problem.
The plugin is just taking up digital space and generating green house gases.
And finally the support page link in the plugin listing within the WP plugin interface leads to the road to nowhere:
