Projects not resetting

I had setup 3 projects on the theme and it worked perfectly for about 24 hours. Suddenly the third one is missing and going to the Theme Options screen only gives me the option to edit the first 2. I tried changing the number of projects, deactivating and reactivating and I still can’t re-add the 3rd project.
