Projects Plugin

I have started work on a non-profit site which doesn’t charge for usage.

The premise is: If you are looking for a team for a small project and want to find like minded people willing to help in exchange for agreed terms, you can do that here.

I need a plugin that would allow users to create a project, add a main (Featured) image, along with a gallery of images for the page, and for people to be able to contact the creator (with a contact form), or request to join the project (with a form).
Once in the project, you will be able to contact your team members easily.

Does anyone know of a plugin like this, or would be willing to help me develop this?

Like I said, as this is a site that doesn’t charge for any features, there is essentially no revenue for the final site, so I would likely not be able to pay you, but I would be more than willing to give you a clear place in the About Us page, showing you and what you added to the project.
