• I am looking for an appointment scheduler which lives on its own and is not restricted in its capabilities. This plugin (version 0.10 promisses) to be just doing what is required.
Unrestricted number of services (in my situation the languages from which translations are required), service providers i.e. interpreters, different time plans for the interpreters, and the possibility to add dates in the frontend. There are things missing and too much restricted: only the wordpress admin can see and edit the appointments, the appointment list lacks a calendar view, which should also be available on the frontend, emails of appointments set should go to clients and providers, at the moment there are mpt any. Do not be fooled by the review of gotwickdotcom, he is not (no longer) correct.

    Hey bkleine,

Thanks for the suggestions, especially the one about notifying providers via email and letting them see there appointments!

For the one about letting appointments be viewed by non-administrators, do you have any suggestions about how that should be done?

I think the function allowing to see and edit the appointments tab in the dashboard should be set to editors, somebody trustworthy, but not admin. For users they can see the user tab and posts and pages, editors can edit this. (btw is it your plugin that changed the roles?) The appointments should be allowed to editors. I am not sure how to do this in WP but it should be there.

    Regards
    Bernhard
