Promo code Woocommerce

  • Hi,

    I have a FREE shipping method on my website when users spend 49€ on the basket.
    I add a free promo tickets -30%.
    My problem is, when users add for example 2 article who cost 25€, the free shipping is apply, logical. But when the add the free promo, the price is under 49€, but the free shipping method stay.

    I dont understanding why, i have other shipping method. When i have a free promo ticket, it skip my global price with the reduction.

    Can you help me ?

  • There are two things at play here. Have a look at their documentation for coupons and free shipping.

    For further help, I suggest having a look at their support forum, which will enable you to receive the best support from those who developed the plugin and the woocommerce community.

    I read the doc,

    And if i understand, is not possible to have reduction + minimum price commande for free shipping :

    ” Coupon vs. Minimum Amount Handling

    If you have coupons for free shipping and a minimum amount set, coupons take priority. Minimum amount is ignored when the customer has a coupon. If, however, the user doesn’t have a coupon, minimum amount will be checked. ”

    Do you know if is possible by an other way ?
