Promo page suddenly asking people to login and not updating?

Hiya,
This is a strange one, I have a page set up on my site promoting my membership newsletter.
Suddenly in the last week when I click onto it not logged in, it asks me to login to the site – when it never did that before. Just a log in form, not content. When I refresh, the content then does appear but it is content from about 1 week ago, not the latest copy. Even the header hasn’t updated

When I am logged in, the page has updated fine. I am using litespeed and have cleared the cache and everything else is working, it is just this one. The page has a couple of shortcodes to show different paragraphs to members and non-members but it feels like something else is happening?

When I click the link to the page as a guest the URL includes “/login/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2F” and shows only a login page. When refreshed it then works.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
