Promotion featured, top listing and bump up not working

    Hello, I am writing to you about the following problem, the Bump up, Featured and Top Listing tags have not been working for about a month. Customers pay to promote their ad, but the ad isn’t updated or tag added.

    We already cleared cache, we already have the plugin and template updated but it was not solved.

    If you can check it and solve it, I thank you since I am having complaints from customers who pay for the service and the promotion is not enabled or the labels are added.
