Promotion plugin

    The background is a picture and the Prestigo TIG(the whole transperan gray thingy) is a popup comming from left side when the page is opened and the rest is text
    Air Liqoide Qerlikon Weldline all are icons that are click able.

    Is there a plugin to do something like this? For money or free, but just as it works? Thanks a lot!
