Prompt and Helpful Support

The plugin did not appear to work on mobile as I expected. Johannes responded to my questions promptly, was able to tell me it was not the plugin but instead a conflict with Google Analytics, and gave me suggestions to address the issue. He is someone who cares about his plugin and his users’ experience.

As for the plugin, it is simple but exactly what I wanted and needed. The ability to easily modify my many existing galleries, without having to rebuild them, is so valuable.
