    Hi,

I’ve bought the Pronamic Pay plugin (pro version). I’m setting it up and I’m certain I’ve set it up the right way as I’ve already done this for a different website. However, as soon as I take all of the keys from the Rabobank Smart Pay site and put them in the right place at the configurationpage for Pronamic, it tells me this:

Pronamic Pay?— An error occurred within the “Bank” field of the “iDEAL” payment method.

Message: No webshop configuration exists for this refresh token. Please make sure that you use an active refresh token copied from the Omnikassa Dashboard

    Code:5001

However, as stated above, all of the tokens are right. What’s the problem?

In the payment gateway configuration (WordPress admin ? Pay ? Configurations), did you select the correct payment provider? There are two ‘Rabo Smart Pay’ providers, but the one with ‘Sandbox’ should be used with the sandbox environment of Rabo Smart Pay.

Your refresh token is from the Rabo Smart Pay ‘production’ or ‘sandbox’ dashboard and the payment provider you select in the configuration should match with this.

    Hi Reüel,

Thanks for your response. I’ve made 2 separate configurations. One for sandbox, one for production, with the corresponding keys and tokens. I’ve also set the right webhook in the Rabo Smart Pay dashboard. However, from both payments I get this error.

In this case there is probably a problem on the Rabobank side. We have seen before that a Rabo Smart Pay account has not been properly activated by Rabobank. It is best to contact Rabobank via +31 (088) 727 11 57 or [email protected]. You can also mention this support topic and that you integrate via Pronamic Pay. We are a partner of Rabobank and together we will find a solution. You may also send your Rabo Smart Pay details (company name and account number) via https://www.pronamicpay.com/nl/support-ticket/. Then we can forward this matter for you to [email protected].
