    Can i have some help, using the pro version but I am getting the follow log error.

    Hi @tlcjohn

    Looks like the backup can’t be downloaded via provided URL.

    That may be due to some protection of your hosting or typo as well.
    Please make sure that you can download the file to your local PC.

    Once you confirm that, you can also try with alternate download method.
    You can find this option in “Other options” section of our plugin.

    But my recommendation in your case would be manual upload.
    You can do that via FTP or drag & drop to our upload area (below backups list).
