You’ll notice this article has a bunch of typos. Including “Belguim” “remeber” and “resposible”.

All of those were fixed and corrected using WProofReader, and then the post was saved. When it was published, those typos had not actually saved. That stays true if I proof those words and then update the post.

    Hi @neddonovan13,

We really sad to see that you faced with this unfortunate error. Could you please confirm what version of WordPress you use? Is it with a new Gutenberg editor?

We are able to reproduce this specific case with the latest version of WP and Gutenberg. We will try to fix this specific issue as soon as possible for this specific case.

But it will be also useful if you share the information about the version of your WP.

    Thank you,

Just for the information about the root cause of the problem. Gutenberg doesn’t re-checked the changes (replaced words) which are made by 3-rd party scripts before Saving/Publishing.

As ‘temp’ solution, before hitting Save/Update, please try just to add space/remove in the post, and then save the post. With this action, Gutenberg will recheck changes, including the replaced words.
