Setting The Colours of Pseudo Selectors

    I have h3 headings on my post listings page I would like them to change colour in the following ways:

    Initially: Black
    Hover: Green
    Visited: Black

    I got most of it except the following condition: If I visit a page and then go back to the posts listing page and hover over the page listing heading I just visited, it no longer changes to green. The hover colour should keep working whether I had visited the page or not. Thanks.
