Properly enqueue scripts

I ran into a JavaScript issue earlier today in the WordPress admin unrelated to your plugin (atleast I think so). And noticed that you don’t check whether you SHOULD be enqueuing your scripts or not. It is currently set to enqueue your scripts on EVERY admin page regardless if it’s the settings page or not. Please update the plugin to check to see if it is the settings page or if the widget is even on the page before adding the scripts necessary. Thanks
