• Hi I have a problem with the NextScripts SNAP Plugin not leaving a space before the displaying the title of my blog in facebook and Google+ posts. Here is an old cached google screenshot to display what it is I am speaking of.

    null

I had a lot of posts that were made on my music page at https://www.facebook.com/jaizmusic before I regrettably gave admin access to a promoter who quickly became malicious, and removed me as admin and deleted my page. That’s besides the point, but I was able to re-register the same url at least after giving up on trying to get a response from facebook support.

Now that I am starting from scratch with my facebook music page, I would like to have this plugin properly display titles for all future posts.

I am sorry, but it’s not clear what is the issue exactly? Where exactly plugin is not leaving a space?

Ok look at the screenshot where it says ‘A New Strategy For Releasing MusicJaizMusic.com Blog’ I want a space to appear before the words JaizMusic.com Blog so it would read ‘A New Strategy For Releasing Music JaizMusic.com Blog’. The plugin bunches of the words so it appears as if it is titled MusicJaizMusic.com Blog when it should be JaizMusic.com Blog. Do you understand now?

Hmmm I have this setup to be notified of follow-up replies, but I never got notified so I’m just seeing this. I went into the plugin and submitted a test post to facebook, but I get this error message ‘Testing …

I didn’t have this issue before, and am a total novice with this stuff so I don’t have the slightest clue how to fix this. I am not posting to a secret or closed group.

Before I got the error, the only thing I changed in the post format was adding an extra space before %SITENAME%. So I have it as New post (%TITLE%) has been published on %SITENAME%. I was hoping that would be a quick fix, but like I said, I am getting an error trying to submit a test post.

353121735217 is really does not exist.

Please click the small green refresh button next to “Where to post”, select one the existing items, save the settings and try again.

I pressed it, but still getting the same error. I’m also still not getting notified of new replies to this topic even though I have ‘notify me of follow-up replies via email’ checked.
