I upgraded to wp-property version 2.0.1 locally first to make sure plugin would still function. I’ve been using this plugin for 4 years now, and it’s my experience with wp-property that new versions always have problems.

The problem I’m experiencing on my local dev site is that I can not edit properties. I can view properties, but when I go to edit them I see the following warning message that covers all attribute and meta field areas on the edit property page:

( ! ) Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\Users\Media-Center\Documents\Websites\www.aptsci.dev\wp-content\plugins\wp-property\vendor\plugins\wp-meta-box\inc\fields\select.php on line 113

    Hello, Adam.

I guess, it may be related to your specific WP-Property attributes settings.

Could you please send us your WP-Property settings backup file to [email protected] and mention this topic in message. So we would be able to troubleshoot the issue and fix the warnings.

    Regards.

Thanks Maxim. Yeah it’s definitely related to the property settings.

When I do a fresh install of wp-property locally everything works fine when adding/editing properties. It’s not until I import the wp-property settings that the php warnings start appearing.

I sent my settings file to [email protected] per your request.

    Hello, Adam.

Sorry for the delay. I had no chance to troubleshoot your issue last two days because I was outside the city and had issues with internet. I’ll be back to you shortly.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hello, Adam.

I figured out what is causing Warnings on Edit Property page.

You have Property Attributes with Data Entry ‘Dropdown Selection’. But these attributes do not have any predefined values ( e.g.: https://screencast.com/t/mssJfilPLoZ ).

We are going to launch WP-Property 2.0.2 which will include the fix for mentioned issue. But, you can fix the issue now by selecting valid Data Entry for these attributes or add predefined values.

And thank you for pointing us to the issue! We appreciate it!

Please, mark topic as resolved if the answer helped you.

    Regards.
