• Hello,

So I’ve got a client whose website’s theme uses this plugin and we keep getting this problem where the featured status of the properties keeps default back to non-featured property. This usually happens after a few hours or sometimes even just after a few minutes. What’s happening here?

    Hello,

There should not be such kind of issue, as we have checked our own testing environment. We recommend you check by deactivating all of your extra third-party plugins, in addition, we recommend you test by activating one of the WordPress default themes as well

    Cheers

    Hello,

Apparently it’s happening on my client’s site. Not sure why. All I did was export the database from my test site and copied the exact same files on to my server then, this has been happening for quite some time now. I always have to keep updating the featured status.

    Hello @jedllorente,

Make sure that you migrated the website and database completely without issues.

Also, please check the system environment of the server where the website is migrated. Does it have the same settings as yours?

    Kind regards

    Hello Eric,

I did and there weren’t any issues at all. The system environment of the is configured the same as mine. So that shouldn’t be a problem. There’s probably something wrong with either the theme itself or something messed up in the database and I’m not sure how I could troubleshoot the errors for that Since I’m pretty inexperienced when troubleshooting the database.

    Warm Regards

    Hello @jedllorente,

The core templates of the uListing plugin can be customized by the Theme developer. Since the plugin is installed with the Premium theme you need to contact them to test the issue in detail.

Theme support can troubleshoot issues by visiting your website dashboard directly, which is not allowed in the www.ads-software.com forum.

    Regards

    Hello Eric,

How can I get in touch with them? How about this can we get in touch else via email instead so you could help me out with this one? Would you need my email for this or do you have a ticket system, where I could just report my concern to and get the assistance I need there.

    Regards

Since you use the HomePress theme, you need to contact the premium support team via our support website.

You can easily create a ticket following this link – https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new, and our support team will check the issue in more detail and provide you with accurate assistance.

However, firstly we request you to reset the cache via the cache plugin that you use on your website since all the styles and scripts are loading via the cache file.

    Best regards

    Hello May,

Thanks for this. I’ll check on this. I also cleared out all cache using WP Rocket plugin, and it’s still occurring.
