property listing not using template???

I installed the plugin, created a property example but it isn’t displaying in the template layout I specify in the post. It’s like it can’t find the css???

I’m using Ultimatum theme which dynamically generates the page based on the layout I create.
The layout is simple….I’m using a loop using the property post-type as the content source
