Property Location

Hello, we want to purchase the plugin to use for our business, upon using a sandbox to test for our requirement, the concern we have is 1, the property location upon typing in the address, did not allow us to enter the city/town or province/state of the address? 2, We have a search tool allowing users to search property listing by city/town or province/state so without we being able to enter this vital information from the property location page, our users cannot find or search properties via the country province/state or city/town? is something missing here or is there an add-on required that would list province/state and city/town drop-down menu listing enabling our user to select? how do we urgently go about this? thanks
