Property validation doesn’t work admin site

I have set the property required fields from Essential Real Estate setting panel – https://screenpresso.com/=sGuae

But it doesn’t work when I add a new property in the wp-admin site – https://screenpresso.com/=ryNEb

Please review my issue and let me know ASAP.
