Proposed fix for compatibility with Advanced Shipping Packages

Hello,

There’s a problem with using the Google Pay option when WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages are in use (even when there’s just a single package – which is the only condition under which you can use the Google Pay option). The order total does not update correctly as you change the delivery method.

I have described the problem more fully here and I have also developed a working fix, also described.
