I have created an email for my form and have done it
exactly as you suggested.

I receive an email saying I have a new signup but
the person who submitted the form is not getting the
email I had set up.

Can you please tell my what I have done wrong.

We have checked and it works fine on our servers!

Can you please provide more details or screenshots of your email settings page once you select the form from the drop down?

Just copy and paste the guy aboves text link, clicking isn’t going to work.

We downloaded the attachment and looked to your settings, everything looks fine.

Can you share us your login details with us at captcha.bank [at] tech-banker.com so we can check what is the issue stopping emails. This would be helpful for other users as well, because it works simply fine on our ends.

Hi,

Kindly install the new version 2.0. This bug has been fixed here

We have changed the way short-codes work now!

So, old short-codes won’t work. You need to do the following :

You just need to go to your Page/Post where you want to implement it and then above your Text Editor/ WP Editor, there would be a button called Contact Bank. Once you click on it, you can generate your short-code easily and quickly.

did this issue got solved? I have the same problem – the entry shows up under form entries, but no email is sent.
