Protect my WP

Dears,

There is a hacker who makes me crazy.
He hacked my wordpress and I re-install it and restor a data. But he hack it again. I notice when i check files that he added a files to my theme.

So, whats the best way to protect my wp from hackers ?
What step that i should do it to prevent those to harm my website ?
