Protecting content and integration with Paid Memberships Pro

    I currently use Paid Memberships Pro folder/file protection to only allow certain membership groups access to a downloadable .xlsx and .pdf files each day. The file names stay the same but are just overwritten with a different version but some users are experiencing older/cached versions being returned which I suspect is their own browser-cache issue, despite me having disabled cache-control in the .htaccess file.

    I guess my question is whether your plugin can provide the download manager interface on a folder basis while maintaining the protected membership access from Paid Membership Pro ?

    We didnt did any integration with Membership Pro. We did some work related to Wishlist Member. In general you can protect all the downloads of CMDM on the server .htaccess level and only let the plugin access the files. Since each download page is a custom post type you might also set a custom post for a specific user group so eventually it may also support Membership Pro users
    The Advanced version of the plugin has its own access restriction system with group support but again not integrated with Membership Pro
