Protonmail users unable to sign-up

    Hello,

    I am Goran from ProtonMail’s Customer Support team.

    We’ve received complaints from our users they are unable
    to sign up to www.ads-software.com with a protonmail.com address.

    We would like to work with you on resolving this conflict between our services. If this is an intentional block of ProtonMail addresses, it would help us to know what triggered it. Could you please provide us with more information?

    Yes, Protonmail was intentionally blocked after a wave of spam using email addresses from that service. If such signups have been corrected, then we can unblock the domain, however if spammers are still using it to create accounts, then it will be necessary to block it again.

    Is it possible to provide us more details on the spammers activity?
    A list of the abusive addresses can also prove useful.

    We have unblocked the domain for now, but providing such information would violate our privacy policies. At this time, the domain is unblocked.
