Hello, thanks for the plugin. It looks the most promising that I’d like to use and I have followed every step but I just can’t get the feed to be uploaded to Facebook. When using the feed debugger, I have an error that says: For field id, there is no ProductItem with the given id.

The IDs are assigned by WooCommerce automatically and I have no idea what to do or how to format in a way that Facebook recognises. Please help, thank you :’)

  • Hello,

We are having a look at this issue and will get back to you.

However, in the meantime, can you please give me a full-page screenshot of your feed settings (feed attributes + feed settings)?

Also, can you tell me whether-

    Are you using Facebook Pixel?

Is it your single feed? or there are multiple feeds in the queue?

Moreover, I think that robots.txt file is blocking Google web crawlers, can you please check?

You can follow this link to inspect further: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6062598?hl=en

    Let me know.

    Thank you.

    Hello Rafi,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

I have added some relevant screenshots in this folder for the settings:

Yes I am using Facebook Pixel. The robots file I can only test once I verify the domain. Thanks.

    Thank you.

    Hi @fifthstorey ,

Can you please tell me whether you are only using Facebook debugger to check this or you have actually tried to upload the products on Facebook?

I you haven’t uploaded the products on Facebook, can you please try this and let me know if this works.

We think that there’s some issues with the Facebook debugger, so such issues might be resolved when you upload the products on Facebook.

Also, I need to know another thing, are you trying to update your feed or are you adding a new feed to Facebook Commerce?

And finally, the most probable cause behind your issue is that you need to use the same ID you used to track your products using Facebook Pixel, so can you please check whether you are using the same ID?

For example, if you have used SKU while tracking your products with Facebook Pixel, you need to set SKU as the Product ID when uploading your feed on Facebook.

Let me know if this works.

    Thank you.

    Hello @fifthstorey ,

I was following up to see if your issue is resolved.

    Let me know.

    Thanks.
