Proxy/updates not available after 3.7.1 upgrade

    Hi All

    I upgraded one of the wordpress sites we have to the latest version 3.7.1 and now I can’t get updates or download plugins (no internet connection). I am behind a proxy and have done the wp-config.php settings change but it does not connect.

    Any ideas???

  • Same here, it seems the proxy is using the host and port, but doesn’t us username and password to connet with an authentication header.

    Any solutions?

    I solved this by updating the php-curl on the box.

    apt-get install php-curl
