psd2css theme formatting

hi, i’ve used psd2cssonline.com to make my own photoshop layout into a wordpress theme. is there a way that i can, with css, make the layout into a fixed or fluid layout? unfortunately the built in feature in psd2cssonline (_fluid) doesn’t work on all browsers and monitor types and only vertically. my website: https://lizartlizard.fortuin.info/ and i’ve just noticed i can’t use the ‘enter’ key here on www.ads-software.com. odd, it works for other sites and programs so i know it’s not broke. so sorry this is all one paragraph. it used to work just fine on here.
