PSearching plugin that connects editors/authors to specific pages

  • I am looking for a plugin that lets me connect individual authors/editers to specific pages. I need to offer this to several mdepartments of an organisation, that all should have their own pages. Thes eauthors should of cousre not have the ability to edit each others pages.
    The problem with looking for a member plugin is, that they all only focus on offering specific content to specific members.

    So, I probably need a plugin that connects custom member roles to specific pages. Advanced Acces Manager might eb able to do it, but is a nightmare in user friendliness, mostly because of the limited documentation it offers – we have given up on that.

    Any suggestions?
