Public category

I’d like to have on category theat is open to the public. What I want to do is create a form on a wordpress page where the uvisitor can fill out the article title and content and simply click submit. The user won’t get taken into the admin panel at all. I’ve set up a public user (level 2) and I’ve tracked down the appropriate field names and values. Does someone know if it’s possible to use all these pieces to do what I’m trying to do? Is there a feature or plugin that makes this iseasty if not.
