  • Hello,

Are you on a shared hosting server, or do you run your own VPS/dedicated server?
If it’s the latter, please check that your /etc/resolv.conf has valid nameservers and that the server can indeed resolve hostnames.
If you’re on shared hosting, you’ll have to contact your host about this.

    Hi

I have a few WordPress domains on shared hosting, yet only one of them had the issue.

I fixed the issue by changing the cr-bundle.crt, the file must have been corrupted somehow, strange as I hadn’t touched the site for a while.

My hosting company didn’t want to know, they said it’s a WordPress issue and they couldn’t help.

Great to hear you managed to fix this, and thanks for posting how you did it ??
