I was adding your mailchimp plugin to two sites and when I installed the first one and went through the setup, under publication, it gave me the option to use shortcode or append to the bottom of any page. When i installed it on the next site, using the same form layout and settings, under publication the only option I get is for the traditional popup and I need to have the shortcode/append option. Thanks.

Based on the excerpt taken from this page https://www.www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailchimp-wp below, the post boxes that can be added with a shortcode to automatically at the bottom of the post/page, does is broken.

Yes, I think I know the problem. When you select a layout, there are different tabs on the layout screen (Popup, Post Box and Widget). Popups can only be displayed as a popup, so there is no short code to embed. The Post Boxes can be embedded anywhere (and widgets are added via WordPress widgets menu).
