Publication not visible

there may be a few reasons for publication not showing up:
1) Can you check if publication is added and displayed in the list on “Manage Works” page?
2) If it is there, click “modify” and make sure that “Paper is public” checkbox is checked.
3) Also check if you use correct tag on your page, perhaps you have some options that prevent the publication from appearing on page. Try [publications auth=all subj=all prep=all] and see if publication has appeared.

Publication is added and displayed in the list on “Manage Works”.
second point the “Paper is Public” is also checked.
and I tried this short code [publications auth=all subj=all prep=all]
but still issue is same I didn’t view the publication.

Well, in that case, can you please send me the details of that publication (its necessary fields in text or on a screenshot, or its DOI, if available), so I will be able to replicate the problem on my end?

Also, do any other publications show up when you use [publications auth=all subj=all prep=all] tag?
