  • Hi,
    we have the same problem.
By publishing a new post (for example to:”user1″) this post gets published on the social network accounts of “user2”.
Tragically we have no idea why.
Every user has his own wordpress.com account linked in Jetpack and has also linked the own social network accounts in. reconnect to the different accounts does not solve this problem.

Thanks visual4 – good to know we are not the only ones with this problem.

One further piece of info, even if a user hasn’t enabled Publicize for their account, it will still share their posts to the social media accounts of the one user.

    Hi Jetpack Support,

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Thanks

    Hi Lanod!

Could you contact us via our form please?

    https://jetpack.me/contact-support/

I’d like more details, such as WordPress.com usernames and local usernames/email addresses, to try to figure out why this is happening. Please link to this thread in your email.

    Thanks!

visual4, the same goes for you. Make sure to include the site’s URL as well.

    Thanks!
