Publicize & Email to Subscribers Not Working

My blog posts are no longer posting to social media (I’m connected to Twitter and Facebook) or emailing my subscribers. I’ve changed nothing on my site, and both of these worked just two days ago. It’s happening on the link above as well as this link:
