    Hi –

    Thanks for getting in touch. There aren’t any errors coming up with the Jetpack connection when running the site through our debugging tool, all of that looks well.

    Did you already clear out your browser cache? If not, give that a try and then follow the connection instructions once more.

    Is there an error message when you use the refresh connection button? Or is it just not working?

    I can’t explain why but everything seems to be working today?!?
    Yesterday’s screenshot is the only proof I have that something was actually wrong.

    BTW yesterday I also got an error message of “-10520”

    OK I’ll tell my client to clear the cache on their browser.
