• I recently started a new blog at PDPractice.com. I have installed JetPack and am logged in with a wordpress.com account. I cannot connect any networks to share through Publicize. When I try, I get this Message:

    Sharing Settings
    Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.

    Error code: -32300

    I have logged out of wordpress.com and logged in again, I still get the same error message.

    What to do?

    Thank you.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

    Doesn’t work… My site is not communicating with JetPack, apparently.

    Your site isn’t reaching the Jetpack servers.

    HTTP:
    	name lookup timed out

    Your site isn’t securely reaching the Jetpack servers.

    HTTPS:
    	Connection time-out

    It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.

    SELF:
    	Array
    (
        [headers] => Array
            (
                [server] => nginx
                [date] => Wed, 13 May 2015 13:46:11 GMT
                [content-type] => text/plain;charset=utf-8
                [connection] => close

                [pragma] => no-cache
                [x-hacker] => Jetpack Test
            )

        [body] => {"error":"Unknown Error","error_description":"An unknown error has occurred."}
        [response] => Array
            (
                [code] => 400
                [message] => Bad Request
            )

        [cookies] => Array
            (
            )

        [filename] =>
    )

    I tried some of the suggestions: changing the theme, disabling plugins, checking the XMLRPC file. No difference when changing themes or disabling plugins. XMLRPC file says what it is supposed to say on one line only.

    Could you please try disconnecting and then reconnecting Jetpack to WordPress.com?

    To do so, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link. After doing so, click the “Connect to Get Started” button to reconnect.

    Please let me know when you have done so, and I will check that your connection is working properly on our end. Then we can go from there!

    Thanks! Ok – did it. I disconnected then logged back in to re-connect. Still getting the same error message.

    Thanks for giving that a shot! It looks like Jetpack is still having trouble connecting on your site. Would you mind collecting some more information about your site logs, so we can investigate further?

    Start by trying to connect Jetpack once again. Then, download your raw server access logs and error logs; if you do not know where to find this data, your hosting provider should be able to help.

    Then, please send us a copy of the logs for around the time when you attempted to make the connection. You can get in touch with us via email here:

    Just let me know, and we can go from there!

    I have the same problem and its related to my webhotel. I wish you guys in JetPack could work a fix for this.
    This was not a problem earlier on my site.

    I have same problem, how to fixed that problem?

    Wow, sorry but that is too much work for a plugin! I don’t have time to do that. It works on all of my other blogs that are hosted by the same hosting company. I think it will be easier just to use other services.
    Thanks anyways.

    @tracyrosen: I completely understand! Don’t hesitate to give us a shout if you would like troubleshoot this issue further.

    @sabai @ybhs: Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
