Publicize: Google links "shared privately"

I have Publicize set to share all links to my site’s Google+ page at https://plus.google.com/offbeatbride … but it looks like all the links are being “shared privately” and therefore not visible to followers:

Is having links shared PUBLICLY a Jetpack function I need to change, or a Google+ function? I’m unable to track it down in either place!
