I’ve got a Facebook account but I don’t see a way to publicize my blog or post in Facebook. Am I missing something?

When I create a new post and publish, there is no tag there to give me the option of what social network to publicize. I can’t even find any help in the forum. I got an email from WordPress telling me about being able to publish my posts on Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter – but how?

WordPress.com users may be able to do this, but www.ads-software.com (Self hosted blogs) would require plugins for twitter and facebook.

There’s seemingly a shedload of demand for this, from me too. Please, please, please, the powers that be, could this be done? Something in a similar vein to the WordPress.com Stats plugin.

Yeah, i used wordbook, which is good, but not quite as integrated as publicize, and it only does facebook. Simple Facebook Connect seemed very complicated actually, it installs about 15 separate plugins, and only seems to update to a facebook app page, which you have to create.
